25 Years of Legacy

Founded by fellow chef and experienced yacht provisioner, Damian Knight has dedicated his entire career to working with food. From humble beginnings as a private chef in high-end chalets to overseeing the running of luxury chalet groups and finally working within some of the Yachting Industry's most notable Provisioning companies. Riviera Gourmet's foundation is based on an intimate knowledge of high-end hospitality, connections within the food and beverage industry and a delivery network that spans continents.

Finest Ugandan Vanilla with rich vanillin crystals, Caviar with hand-picked eggs, World Cheese Championship Winners, Flaky and Buttery, oven ready delicious pastries and so much more.

Only after passing weeks of taste tests does it make the ‘Riviera Black Label’ collection.

Made from small batch and freshly dried.
This way all our spices always stay crisp & flavoursome retaining their original taste, unlike outdated tasteless manufactured spices you find in supermarket.
Pungent and Fragrant Black Kampot Pepper, Vibrant green cardamom, Rich and Woody Nutmeg, Warm and Aromatic Cinnamon Bark. You name it.
